You can maneuver them easily. They are a great addition to my wifes craft room.

There is nothing to dislike about these mini snips. They are so accurate for fine cutting. I love them.

I have used on paper, ribbon, wire, cardboard, rubber, vinyl to name a few. They stay sharp. I have all 3 sizes now.
