Product was fine. Amazon continues to fail at shipping items like this. This came through USPS which fails all the time with items like this which they cant properly handle. Constantly have to pick up at post office which negates the purpose of shopping at Amazon. AMAZON get it right!

It is exactly what I need does what I want

This is a heavy duty hitch insert. I really like the tow hook and the three size hitch balls. My only concern is that it is powder coated instead of galvanized. With time it may rust weld itself into my receiver. Time will tell.

Arrived on time, but hitch pin and clip not included as advertised.
