Underseat Carry-On Spinner with USB Port, Purple, One Size

When I carry clothes and my toiletry bag, my laptop does not fit. Also, when I am able to insert my laptop, it is not protected very well. Carry straps are not convenient to locate and are not very sturdy. While the price is decent, I wish I would have spent the extra $10 for the better bag. I wish I had not purchased this bag and could return this bag but ran out of time.

I wanted a small carry-on roller bag to use instead of a tote bag. This it does. However, after having used it three times, I would not buy it again. (1) It did not fit under the window seat of a smaller plane and on one flight, did not even fit in the overhead bin! These were all American Airlines flights. (2) It does not have a sturdy handle to assist in lifting the bag, only loose, floppy straps. This was an issue putting it into my car as well as putting it into an overhead bin. (3) It doesnt hold as much as it could if one end wasnt sloped. (4) My Macbook Air fits into the laptop sleeve but if I have it in the bag, it further decreases the capacity because the one end is sloped and the laptop makes the front rigid. (5) The wheels do not move well on carpeted surfaces. It requires more effort than it should to push it along. (6) If you have the main compartment full, it is almost impossible to put anything in the front pocket. This is again caused by the need to accommodate the sloped end, requiring flexibility in the front flap. (7) The laptop sleeve is not removable.

Zero stars! I already had a few minor complaints, but overall it was ok...UNTIL THE WHEEL BROKE COMPLETELY SO I COULDN’T ROLL THE SUITCASE AT ALL AND I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER SUITCASE IN THE AIRPORT!!!!!! Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. I purchased this because I thought Samsonite was a reliable, high-quality brand for luggage, but apparently I was wrong. Wheel feel apart after 2 uses.

Great size, fits under Southwest Airlines seat. Recently used on 10-day trip as my carry-on with meds, toiletries, Kindle reader, charging cords, batteries, camera bag, small umbrella and flashlight, rolled up light jacket, trip paperwork. It rolled fine, handle worked well. I don’t really need the pocket for a notebook but used it for my kindle. Side pocket narrow so put pkgs of batteries in there. Perfect carry-on for me.

This bag is wonderful...especially when connected to a larger spinner or used on its own in conjuction with a travel backpack. I had to purchase this to use on Air France as they had a cap size of 21 and my existing Samsonite was a frustrating 22! This one, with wheels & straps, is about 17 tall.

My new favorite weekend bag! I had enough clothing and shoes for the weekend and I was able to put this under the seat on a smaller aircraft. No need to check it on the side of the plane and wait for it. Easy to carry with the long straps too. I used to use a duffel bag but if it was heavy it would hurt my shoulder. This is the answer!

The handle when you pull it out sometimes works, other times it doesn’t, what do I need to do to return it for an exchange , also the cover for the USB port, broke right away
