I had this product for a while. Maybe 6 months. I smelled electrical smell and found this was extremely hot. Thank goodness I was home and have a great sense of smell. No one else smelled it.

Well thought out, easier to stow with the folding plug. Nice device.

It worked well until it stopped working. It almost made it a whole year without breaking.

I have an old Microsoft dual port charger, but it gets hot quickly and takes a long time to charge my devices. I just received the Anker Dual Port 12W Wall Charger and put it to work immediately. I charged my phone and GoPro quickly. I didn’t time it, but my devices charged more quickly and did not get hot. I’m looking forward to using both frequently.

Great small form factor, and they work as described. I needed chargers that fit into the smallest space possible, and these certainly fit the bill---quality is great as well.
