This isnt any better or worse than charging than any other aftermarket charger I have bought, but it suits an application I run into a lot: I want the cables to exit the bottom of a small charger for better cable management and less wear on the cables themselves. I am probably wrong, but I look around a LOT for one like these and these are the only ones I found, anywhere. It plugs into an unswitched outlet in the back of an amplifier, which sits very close to the wall. The usual chargers are either too big or the cables stick out the back. These are tiny and the cables hang straight down. Perfect. Thats a lot of stars for a plain old USB charger, but the form factor wins the day here.

I bought a new house that has the outlets higher up on the wall so the cords dont show but the FireTV plug pushed my TV too far out from the wall. I needed a plug that had the USB connection on the bottom to keep it as flat as possible. It tried a couple others but for various reasons, none of them worked out. This one worked great.

Works pretty well. I’ve had mine for a while but it started squealing when I charged things and it kept me awake and was pretty darn annoying. Works good if you can’t hear super high pitched squeals.

Product works good and fits my needs!

I got these to charge my undercabinet LED lights. These are perfect since the charging outlet is on the side of the plug so they lay more flat and close to the wall. I was charging tow sets of the LED light at the same time and they perform well. However, I did not try these on a phone or a tablet, so I dont have the data for that. I normally would use OEM to charge my phone or tablet, since I dont trust anything other than OEM equipment (specifically designed for the original equipment). So, for none phone or tablets, these work really well and as expected. I would recommend these chargers.

Charges well but wont operate radio while charging, very diappointing

Exactly what it says it is, with good quality. They don’t heat up and they power devices well, with a profile that hides acceptably among your wife’s design principles.
