> 3 dayThe display constantly flickers when using the cables provided at anything over 100hz refresh rate. I had a high speed HDMI cable that i used to get it to display at 144hz, which isnt optimal as this is supposed to be a 165hz display and i planned on buying multiple, meaning i NEED to be able to use the Display Ports. Ive ordered a new high speed DP cable and hopefully with that i will be able to get 165hz that it is advertised as. If so i will update this review accordingly. However if you sell a 165hz display you should provide cables that can display 165hz... hopefully that is what the issue is.

Greater than one weekUpgraded from a 23 ViewSonic that was about 10 years old. I bought 2 of the 24 curved monitors for a dual setup. For the price point these are perfect. My GPU has 3 different outputs: 1 HDMI, 1 Display Port, 1 DVI. I had to make some adjustments to the contrast and color on one monitor to help match them, but I believe the difference may be due to the HDMI vs Display Port. I do not game on the desktop like I used to, but ran Minecraft on one screen and it looked perfectly fine. I would say these would hold up well for an average gamer and would be perfect for general home and office use. The price for for nearly 42 width of screen is less than I paid for the 23 years ago.

> 3 dayWas a great monitor for gaming, a little dark but was a great image for the price. However, the combination of the monitor being so top heavy and a poor stand design led to my monitor “faceplanting” forward after bumping my desk. Only had it for a month and a half. Wish it had a better stand so I could keep using it but it is now unusable.

> 3 dayIf anyone needs a good monitor for $200 this is the one the only issue I had was the display port cable you would with have to use a 3rd party software to allow 165 hz or you would have to get a new cable

Greater than one weekOrdered two of these monitors, one of which was apparently defective out of the box. Every twenty seconds or so the screen would go black and then come back on. Swapped cables, swapped power outlets, and tried both HDMI and Display Ports - problem persisted. Power brick works fine when used on the second monitor, so no issue with it. PC worked fine with two different monitors. I would have expected better out of Viewsonic. Will be returning obviously.
