> 3 dayAfter about 11 months I started losing picture randomly. I did some troubleshooting- repled HDMI cables and happened to upgrade my video card around that time. I had the same issue with the new cables and both video cards. Unfortunately, support was not particularly helpful and indicated I would have to pay to package up and send my only monitor back (I was in grad school at the time) for them to help. Since then the problem has worsened and I will be looking for a larger monitor(s) with a higher budget. I dont think Ill be purchasing a ViewSonic.

Greater than one weekGreat monitors, though Im knocking them down 2 stars because of dead pixels on one of the monitors I bought. Im not going to return it, too much trouble and I can eventually move this monitor to a DAW and it wont matter.

Greater than one weekOh, yeah, I had doubts about going to a larger monitor but not any more. I am well satisfied with this thing.

12-04-2025I previously had their 23 monitor that last 9.5 years so I bought the 27 this time. The buttons on here are downright HORRIBLE. Set them once and PARy that you never have to touch them again. You literally have to lay the TV down on its back to be able to see the buttons and labels. Right now Im trying to find the volume buttons and the only thing I can find is the blue light filter setting. Also, the labels on the buttons in relation the directions on the screen are reversed with the actual positions of the buttons. And the power light doesnt come out of the ON/OFF button, eitehr, like in previous versions. You have fish under the monitor by feel to turn the monitor off and on. Speakers? Im not sure they work consistently, and when they do they sound terrible. Much worse than the 23 models from 10 years ago. I can only get sound over HDMI because Windows 10 doesnt support my usual audio out. But half the time I have no sound. Now I have to mess the buttons again to see if somehow turned off the volume in the monitor itself. I have to clear off my desk so I can lay the monitor down and find the volume controls first....Wish me luck - Im going in! Like me, youll wish you bought something else.

> 3 dayWas within warranty, cost me $60 to ship back for replacement. If I had initially purchased this from a local company, I would have been able to avoid the $60 charge by taking it back to them. My mistake.
