I used this on my car when I washed it. I just used the car wash detergent with a little more effort and it did a good job of cleaning off the bugs. It would have probably done a better job if I had used a special solution/

I used this product for the first time yesterday and it worked great!

I would call it gently abrasive. You will have to scrub hard to get it to dig into the tough stains.

Always a household favorite, youve gotta have a good bug scrubber!

The front of our F350 was literally coated in bugs and road grime. At 70 years old, Ive tried just about everything in the effort to wash cars and was not looking forward to the effort that was going to be required. The write up on this sponge sounded too good to be true . . . but though I was skeptical, I was willing to try anything (especially if it could be done without all the chemicals) so I took the leap of faith. It was sooo easy. I used this sponge with just a little soap and water . . . and the bugs just disappeared. Truly the easiest time Ive ever had in my 50+ years of washing cars. P.S. Just got done using this sponge to clean a winters worth of grime, mold, and algae off our travel trailer. It definitely made spring cleaning MUCH easier. HIGHLY recommended.
