I was skeptical about it when I ordered but after I received it I was very happy. Nice soft leather, multiple pockets with various dividers inside. Dont think I will use the credit card slots as I do keep them in my wallet but can use it for business cards and badges. The computer side had a nice padding with a second deep slot to put file or documents or a book to read. The second compartment has 3 sections that you can use for clothes or anything you need. It has a strap to hang it on your carry on so you dont need to carry it during travel. Also 2 zipper pockets, one internal and one external for items that you do want to lose and an extra exterior pocket for other miscellaneous items like phone chargers or accessories.

My son uses this as his flight bag as a pilot. I purchased multiple bags and he loved the material, amount of pockets and dividers inside pockets. He has been using for only a month so I can’t attest to durability.
