Two years strong Used it for PC, PS5, & Nintendo Switch. Color accuracy isnt the best, but good enough for simple/basic color grading/correcting when doing video work. Doesnt matter much when playing games.

I bought this monitor sometime late 2021, and it was working well until it just stopped powering on. Luckily I was within the warranty period. I requested an RMA and shipped out the monitor. They gave a lead time of 5-20 days after receiving the item. 20 days passed, so I sent a follow-up. I was told to send another email in 5 days. I waited 5 days and sent a follow up email, which they responded to send another email in 5 days... Another 5 days passed, and I sent, yet, another email. Theyre stopped responding to my emails and I havent received a replacement. Hopefully I can get it back and I change my review then.

Okay so Ive had the Viotek 32in curved monitor for about a month and I can honestly say its a really nice monitor for its price. The colors pop, the whites are blindly white, and it has a really deep black for a VA monitor. There are only really 3 small issues I have with it... The first is the connections are a little hard to get to as they are up insde the back of the monitor with means you have to place it flat on its face to reach them which isnt a great idea on a curved monitor. The second is the monitor says its G-Sync compatible, but it isnt G-Sync certified by Nvidia as G-Sync compatible. I had to contact Nvidia when I first plugged into my RTX3070 card it didnt register as G-Sync enabled in Windows 10. As it turned out, you have to turn on FreeSync in the monitors menu to enable G-Sync compatibility, something that isnt mentioned in the monitors instructions. The FreeSync is also buried in the menus so you have to kinda search for it. The last thing is Vioteks claim that the monitor is free of dead pixels, but if you even find one, they will replace the monitor free of charge, no questions asked. I found a dead pixel and contacted them 3 weeks ago and they have yet to respond, so be aware that they might not respond to you if you try contacting them through their website. I did a little searching and other people have had the same issue and those that did get a response were told they have to go through the company they bought it from to get a replacement, not Viotek(unless you bought it from them directly). I find it odd that they offer the 3 yr replacement warranty for dead pixels, but they want the company you bought it from to be the ones to replace the monitor. I did let the company I bought it from know that it shipped with a dead pixel, but have yet to hear back from them either. Overall it is a really good monitor and luckily the dead pixel in on then far left bottom corner so its really that noticable on a curved monitor, but if it was on a flat monitor it would probably annoy most gamers. I took one star off the overall because of the lack of response from Viotek.

I didnt think it was possible to get a decent monitor brand new for this price, but Im happy I was wrong and tried this. 27 never looked so good before. Its not huge, but its a sufficient size for any gamer using a desk. 10/10 for price to quality ratio. Sure, it isnt alienware or some high end monitor, but it is definitely not a low end one nor some cheap junk either. The samsung panel is this is no joke. Mine was delivered a whole week early. Not a single dead pixel to be found, and no issues out of the box. Comes with assembly gear (screwdriver and screws), a power cord and a display cord. Its not the sleekest monitor around and youve probably never heard of viotek, but the bezels are relatively small, the screen is curved, it has display and hdmi ports, is able to be vesa mounted, has decent display settings, good resolution (2k), good refresh rate (120/144hz), good size (27), good brightness (bright enough to be uncomfortable in a dark room), etc. The colors run a little darker than my tvs colors, but thats because I have my tv bright on purpose. I tweaked the display settings on the monitor and looks heckin good to me. Im only running it at 120 hz now, but Im pleased. Everything looks great. I might sell my 65 4k samsung tv I paid $1700 for two years ago and just sit at my desk to watch tv on this monitor, now. Its that good. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get a cheap monitor.

This monitor is very cheap, for a reason, I understand now. First, it came with missing parts (i.e., no screws to even put the monitor together, no manual, and no screwdriver for the screws). I had to message them to ship it, which was shipped about 5 business days later. Second, it is extremely dark compared to any other monitor Ive ever had, and there arent many ways to make it noticeably lighter. Whenever I mess with the settings to make it brighter, it makes the letters/words on the screen blurry. Third, the screen tearing effect/motion blur on this monitor is atrocious. I have done everything I can to try and fix it. They recommend putting Picture Quality Response Time to high, but even then, its just terrible. If you have any movement on the screen, it is a VERY noticeable blur. This is coming from both FPS games (Valorant) and RPGs (Path of Exile). Unless I can get some direction on how to properly configure the monitor (if its even possible), I would NOT buy this.

So Im not sure if its considered motion blur, but whenever theres movement in a game theres a motion blur effect. I find it very annoying...thankfully I dont use it and the person who does doesnt care. Other than that, its a good monitor. Nice size, seems to have good color and it supports 1440p.

Been using an HD TV for gaming for a few years now. The difference in color and crispness is amazing. Screen feels well made, sits firm on the provided stand (which is metal, not plastic), and overall a good screen. No dead pixels, comes on fast, good picture. Other reviews recommended changing settings on your PC to make sure its 144hz, this is correct. Easy to change. Games will also not always auto set to 144hz so make sure youre checking your settings before blaming the monitor. Maybe only complaint someone would have is its hard to hide the wires under it but thats not super important to me.

I want to start off with saying that I firmly believe in the potential of this monitor. I purchased it to replace a small tv for our office that I was using for my PS5. Unfortunately I didn’t do enough research on my end. At the moment, the ps5 can not natively run 1440p resolution as its only options are between 1080p and 4k. My monitor did arrive with one dead pixel but is hardly noticeable in use. It was an easy setup and some games look great running at 120hz. I recommend if you don’t mind a downscaled 1440p resolution. Hopefully Sony will add that in the future making this product a steal for the price.

This was an impulse purchase for me. I knew I was going to buy a new graphics card and that the new RTX 30xx series was going to be a huge step up from my old card. I wasnt seriously considering monitors -just window shopping and dreaming-, but the price for this one, plus the previous ratings, and most importantly the zero-dead-pixel policy grabbed my attention. Ive been very happy with it so far. The color and brightness are great, the response time is good enough for serious gaming, and it arrived without a single dead pixel. Gaming has been a pleasure on it, although my old GTX 960 is straining a bit at the higher resolution (1440p) while Im stuck on a waiting list for my new graphics card. The only minor issue Ive had is that some videos have noticeable horizontal striping when the recording doesnt quite match the high 144MHz refresh rate. Most videos look fine, but some stuff on social media looks bad. But overall this is an easy recommendation if youre looking for a 2k gaming monitor.

Ghosts like crazy. Its a VA panel, and this is what VA panels do. If you are not sensitive to that, it is a decent monitor with really good contrast and colors. I dont use the speakers, but Ive read they are terrible. Not sure why anyone would expect otherwise on a monitor.
