El equipo entregado tiene fallas y la pantalla le aparecen rayas de color morado lo que impide un buen desempeño y comodidad, haciendo que la imagen sea pésima, La respuesta de la tienda es Lo siento mucho por sus molestias. Este pedido es lo que se denomina cumplido por Amazon. Eso significa que enviamos nuestros productos a Amazon, que los envía directamente desde sus almacenes Prime. Amazon se encargará de esto directamente y Amazon para hacer la devolución no cuenta con transportadora en el sitio donde me lo entregaron o me ofrece la opción de pagar el envió desde Colombia hasta Estados Unidos costo que es superior al equipo adquirido y que adicionalmente me retienen el dinero hasta que reciban el equipo mas 30 dias , por ello considero que el servicio es pésimo

I love how my package arrived a day early it was so unexpected. This is why I love Amazon prime. And I have a monitor bigger than this but with the same brand. Its such an amazing brand! Especially with my 2560×1080p curve monitor and its 120 hrz display. I hope there are other type of items I can check out. Viotek is a really good brand. I love it. Due to the amazing features like the 2ms latency and 120 hrz refresh rate. So amazing.

This is a fairly cheap display, and VGA+HDMI is unfortunate but that’s just the price point. Color out of the box is poorly calibrated, no gamma adjustment, and menu takes awhile to navigate. After some tweaking color is a lot better. The vesa mount position is high and not centered in the monitor (can cause conflicts with mounting the monitor on top of another. Viotek... for the love of computers... DO NOT SHIP A MONITOR WITH A 3’ CORD. The power and hdmi cables included are insanely short and will likely be useless for at least half of your customer base pc setups. Unacceptable and -2 stars just for this. Overall a decent monitor for entry level gaming, but I’d look at a slightly more expensive panel to get a better gaming experience. Good for a secondary monitor for other programs.
