I loved my backpack when I ordered it everything was fine and nothing was damaged!

I would make the bottom a little more square so it doesnt tip over when you set it down.

This bag is just beautiful. I am able to fit my laptop and all my other stuff and devices inside. Would definitely recommend!

Its pretty and lots of storage and organization. I have an over 15 inch laptop and it barely fits. weight distribution I am not so sure about. Seems water resistant.

The bag itself is wonderful but the phone charger thats built in doesnt work at all. Wont charge and doesnt charge my phone. That was the biggest reason I bought the bag only to receive a bag thats useless in that aspect.
