16-12-2024$35 for a 500G M.2 SSD? Sign me up. My server only supports PCI gen 3, so the speed doesnt really matter. It was cheaper than a SATA SSD with half the capacity.

Greater than one weekIf you are looking to considerably speed up you beloved computer without the overhead of a bulky SSD, get this thing. (I cant believe I am saying this considering SSDs was the best thing since slice bread not too long ago). Also pairs really well with a small case if you want to go external. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI cant express how happy I am with this product. Ive had SSDs before, but wasnt familiar with the new m.2 technology. After plugging this bad boy in, my transfers, load times, even some performance on certain games are all better.

> 3 dayInstalling this SSD is a Breeze, Even for the Technologically Challenged! Just pop open your laptop, slip it in, tighten the screw like a boss, close er up and voila! With a few clicks, youll have Windows recognizing your new drive like its no big deal. So simple, even your grandma could do it

> 3 dayIf youre experiencing random DRIVE DISCONNECT in windows even though the motherboard BIOS sees the drive, you have to update the firmware! Its a common annoying bug if the drive is used as a secondary storage.

Greater than one weekHey, this is a decent NVME drive which WD is not 100% transparent on things like whether this is a QLC or TLC or even a SLC but it is quick and for a little oer being 1 month old I expect it to run for years ! Ill be back to give an update in any event.

> 3 dayI have four of these now. The WD_BLACK dashboard is great to keep firmware updated and identify performance issues. I have had one for a year as my system drive with zero issues so I decided to go all m.2. These drives are in the Asus Hyper M.2 PCIe card and are working great.
