I should have tested the drive empty, but alas I didnt. I tested at just under 30% full and the results were significantly lower than advertised. Around 5000 read and 3000 write.

Over 6500MB/s reported when installed in my PS5 and working perfectly.

I used a heatsink and it caused my ps5 to overheat and shut down.
