> 24 hourDont be fooled, this product is NOT FREE once you receive it and go to install. (We got it free as a promo item.) Get out the credit card or debit card $34.95 for aq year or more depending on the version of security you want) For us (elderly- it was a long process to get it downloaded with a zillion questions.) My advice: Just renew what you had last year instead and download that old one on-line for best, quickest, and easiest results. Also Webroot is a division of Norton, just so you know. They get 4-stars from us as Webroot did get on instant messaging on their website at the click of a button and give me some good info and directions as I down-loaded the disk onto both our Dell laptop and afterward onto our office Lenovo. It is good for 3 computers, but I suggest you load them all the same day for the ease of recalling all the info it takes to complete the task! The Plus: It did immediately take care of 3 viruses on the Dell and 1 virus on the Lenovo office computer so that was appreciated immediately!

> 24 hourI like the product. For one thing, I was sent a disc which is easy to install. I had had Norton which downloaded their product. Then Norton got confused and even though I had re-subscribed it took my anti=virus protection away. I was unable to have it re-down loaded. With this product, if anything goes wrong, I can re-down load from disc. This is a powerful protector, anything new I am alerted. So far, so good. If this keep up, I will use it on my other computers.

> 24 hourSeach No Further this is all you need in an antivirus. It is non intrusive, installs in 2nds and no nag screens unless you happen to try to go to a suspected unsafe site and it works Great! The price is unbeatable! I have used Webroot for 3 years. Before that I have had AVG, Nortons, and another popular antivirus software that I cant recall the name right at the moment. All those other Software Programs wanted to iinteract with me and bug and nag me at times but not Webroot. It uses little space on your computer and will not slow you down at all. Its great! Great software support also. So save your money unless you just want to give another company your hard earned bucks. Also a tip the price here for 3 users if less than Walmarts.

> 24 hourFor the past couple years I have been using the various free anti-virus programs. Last year I bought a Norton anti-virus, but it was not user friendly for me and it caused my computer to lock and crash. Recently I read about Webroot and decided to give it a try. It works great, is easy to install. I have three computers, but one is a small laptop without a CD/DVD drive. Not a problem. I was able to download and install the software. Also, if it should happen that I need more than three installations, it allows me to buy another code for a fourth installation. The price is reasonable. The program is unobtrusive (as opposed to the free products as well as Norton which were constantly letting me know they were there. So, far Ive gotten two warnings about potential threats,

> 24 hourThird time I have used this software. The vendor tries to sell an update when it renews however I find it is always cheaper to buy a new copy and just delete the old. Nice that it supports up to 3 different computers for the price of the 1 disk.

> 24 hourEasy to install and then scan your C drive. It did not find a virus, everything was clean and surfing the net improved temporarily. It seems the problem was not my computer or a virus but rather Comcast. I called them and they said there was no outage in my area. After trying everything I could think of, I called them again and said, send out a man. The lady said, there is an outage in your area. This problem has gone on for three weeks with them and they kept saying it was my equipment. I even installed a new modem and checked every connection a million times, while cleaning everything out of my computer. No wonder they are the most hated company in the country. No TV reception either. Now, one TV, I never watch but am charged for, gets only one channel. I am sure they will say that is my fault too. I believe their tech people just read from a script.

> 24 hourAffordable very light weight Anti Virus. We use this product on over 30 customer computers with no issues. The only problem that we have run into is the occasional install that does not add the uninstall option under Programs and Features. No anti virus offers 100% protection, all AV products let 100s of unknown viruses through their protection until they catch up. You still need to do you updates, use a decent adblocker and avoid opening links in email. Webroot does a good job of adding a layer to your defences without slowing down your computer.

> 24 hourIve been using Webroot for about 5 years now and have never had a virus infect my computer. Its worked great for me - this year I put on all 3 of our computers as I found it to be the most effective antivirus program I could buy. Its also cloud based so its always up to date.
