Youll get an inaccurate reading. It keeps measuring on the stop of the pull, so after the trigger break, where the reading should stop, itll read the pressure against the stop. Using your finger against the pad helps but, not the most accurate device.

Easy to use and provides a good data (average pull weights) right on the lcd screen. Would definitely buy again.

bought one but the readings were 40% too high for what it should be. the supplier kindlY sent another one but had the same problem with the second.

I have an occasional need for this sort of gauge. As I read the reviews, this seemed more accurate than its chief competitor. I have not been disappointed. This is a fantastic gauge. It works well and accurately. Its easy to use. I really like the way it keeps an average of the pull weights.

If you have an adjustable trigger or do any trigger work then this is a must have tool. Works great as long as you are consistent in how you use it.

I like the ability to have a readout showing ounces and pounds, the ability to save measured readings and to provide an average, and the ability to readout the high and low recordings.
