> 24 hourDid a great job leveling my 24 X 49 particle board vacuum chuck spoil board. I used a spindle speed of 12,000 RPM, a feed rate of 80 inches per minute, a .010 depth of cut and a .4 step over on this 1 router bit to make a smooth surface thats free of ripple that might be caused by an out-of-tram spindle. It took a little over 30 minutes to level the spoil board and it made a lot of very fine dust. The CNC router is completely enclosed so this wasnt a problem, but if you use this without a full enclosure, youll have fine dust flying all over your shop and you dont want to breathe that fine dust.

> 24 hourI bought this bit to level and flatten some live edge rounds. I made a special table with adjustable rails and a trough to run a router back and forth across the rounds. The bit worked perfectly in my setup. My only regret is that I probably should have bought a wider bit to minimize the number of passes.

> 24 hourGreat price. I recently bought a CNC machine and wanted to surface my waste board. This bit was exactly what I needed and within my budget.

> 24 hourUnfortunately this bit just didnt last long before it started burning the surface of my projects. I used this to surface pine boards ony CNC and it worked great at first but it wasnt long before it started having issues.

> 24 hourI love this bit. It cleans materials without leaving any marks whatsoever. I bought this one after wasting my time on another bit for half the price. This is still a very affordable, high quality bit. I will buy more of this one when needed.

> 24 hourThis is my favorite flattening bit hands down. I use it in my CNC machine as well as in a custom built router sled. It leaves very slight tool marks, that disappear almost instantly when you go over them with an 80 and then 120 grit sand papers.

> 24 hourIve used this bit several times to flatting a few slabs. I wanted a slightly smaller cutter so I could use my palm router and not overload it. This bit works perfect and leaves a great finish on my slabs. It took 2 passes of sanding after to get a great finish.
