Wifi Smart plug

> 24 hourI have multiple outlets from this company for different rooms so I can have everything synced to a time schedule on one app. Plug-in plug your device in very easy to use a little tricky on setting up not the most user-friendly, but usually only takes a few minutes to pair the Wi-Fi. Setting the program is quite easy. All lights turn on and off at the exact time I need them to put these as replacements as one of them has died after two years of use.

> 24 hourAfter much research I was able to call FEIT Headquarters (which they do not readily provide the number) in order to get them to help me with the installation. I was only able to install one of three plugs. The plugs are sensitive to walls and room barriers; so, I had to be right by the lamp in order to turn it on and off. That defeats the purpose of accessing it via the phone. The product clearly is not supported by 5G band which is the 2022 speed in the US. Once I reached their HQ, I found their staff to be very courteous and helpful. I believe that once their engineers work on these issues, this product would be a sell out.

> 24 hourI bought multiple of these packs at Costco, and at first they worked ok. For some reason, as time went on, they couldn’t connect more and more. Now I have one 4 ft and one wall away from WiFi and it cannot connect. I have deleted and reset them, my WiFi, and nothing works. I literally have to be in the same room as the WiFi for these to work. Even the bulbs eventually did the same thing. Will never be buying from this company again.

> 24 hourRequires your wifi to output 2.4GHz. We live in 2022 now, devices should be compatible to both 5GHz and 2.4GHz and not require me to fiddle with my router settings.

> 24 hourOne of the three plugs didn’t ever work which is frustrating but the two that did work we love. Just ask Google to turn on the lights and it does. I have lamps plugged into the plugs!
