The theme for my grandsons 1st birthday party was Where the Wild Things Are. This banner is fabric and utterly beautiful. No assembly required. The banner is on jute twine so all you have to do is tie it behind the high chair. I do advise anchoring it to the high chair tray with scotch tape.
