As normal Winsor & Newton produce excellent watercolours, purple lake is a darker shade of purple and spreads nicely

The paints and colours were good ,the price was rather expensive for the size of the tube

Ive used Cotmans watercolours for years, long lasting, lightfast colours. Highly recommend for students and experienced artists.
