> 3 daywhenever there is a power failure or disconnection from main, the cloud connection will be lost and unable to control with Google Assistant, need to do set up again, that is reset the plug, connect with the plug wifi and set up. Could be 5 star if the plug can remain online with Google assistant after power failure and reconnect back, else it is quite frustrated to do set up each time if you need to move the plug to another outlet.

> 3 dayThis product works well. I have about 8 of them. The 2 improvements I would like to see both involve the app (Android). First when you aetup more devices according the device you is a bit too cumbersome. 2nd I wish the scheduler would let you just set individual on and off times rather than in pairs. This would make mixing astronomical and program (time) based easier. For example I want a schedule to start 15 before sunset and turn off at 11 pm. This requires creating 2 schedules, on that tunes off the switch 16 mins before sunset then on at 15 mins before sunset. A second schedule to turn the outlet on at 10:59 then off at 11:00.

Greater than one weekIt has a bug. using the timer.. the App does not immediately display the fact that the switch is off. It only works if you restart the App. The software needs to be fixed. If they fix it.. itll work well.

> 3 dayJust awful! It does not remember whether its supposed to be on or not, if the power goes out. It just shuts itself off. If you have it plugged in, and its on, and there is a blip in your power, then when the power comes back on, the Wion switch decides to be off, even if it supposed to be on. Has its own internal timer that when I set it to come on at 12:00 am and turn off at 11:59 pm (always on) it still will not turn itself on if the power goes out. You would think that a smart outlet would know whether its supposed to be on or not, by checking the Schedule when it comes on. It doesnt do that. Just stays off.

> 3 dayThis order was my 6th WiOn smart plug which I installed at my daughters condo. My first 5 were from a liquidation store where it was sold at same price reduction. Despite its bulky size compared to newer ones in the market like my other Wemo plug, the WiOn is so easy to install and set up via its WiOn app. It only loses a star because somehow I could not get it recognized by my Google Home and Alexa app. It used to be by GH which still lists WiOn as among the devices it recognizes. Nonetheless, the WiOn app works just as fine including controlling it via off-location (remote).

> 3 dayLOVE! This is my 3rd one. Easy setup to add to the app. Works off Wi-Fi, so after power outage they work properly with settings you have established on the app. Easy to change timer options. I have used for years and never had any problems and now the price is unbeatable!

> 3 dayIf you need anything to be controlled by your phone this plug is awesome. I love these things. I have several wion products and lover everyone of them. The app is easy to use too. You can even setup various types of timers from the app letting you program any type of electrical device from your phone. You can even manually turn the plug on or off with a simple push of the button on your phone from anywhere in the world. I used this one for Christmas lights. Just set it and forget it. LOVE THESE SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!

> 3 dayEasy to use and works, but if I didn’t know anything about the product, the instructions would be useless to help me. Use better English or get a new translator.

> 3 dayUPDATE #1 Reduced to two stars from three after one week of usage. The phone app frequently loses connection with the device. Meaning, it cant find the device to enable me to turn it one or off manually. I have to reboot to see it. Painful....... ************************************ First off, the unit seems to be functioning as intended. Secondly, the WiFi integration, although very odd in how it was approached, did go smoothly. The real shortcomings are twofold: 1) The product is app based and can only be controlled from a phone or tablet. That means, there is no way to control it from a Mac or PC, using a web site. I own several home automation products and all the others have web based portals. 2) The product software is very weak. Although it does offer an Astronomical feature (sunrise/sunset), it cant be combined with a fixed on or off time. Meaning, if you choose to turn a light on at sunset, you are forced to key the off time from sunrise. I just want to tun the light off at midnight and it will not allow it...... So, I will not recommend this product.
