> 3 dayIve purchased several individual WiFi outlets, and was excited to see a power strip that I thought, incorrectly, would allow for each of the four outlets to be controlled individually. This is clearly stated in the description. I now see that. My decision was based on the pictures. This is my fault. However, I do feel misled by the photos that show Bedroom: lamp and Bedroom: Fan as separate devices to be controlled. Who would need a power strip to individually control a fan or a lamp? That said, the device does function well if you want to turn on four devices at the same time. **Update: 6 months** Id give this fewer stars if I could. I didnt use it for a few months and now I cant even get it to find my home network when the device is in the same room as my router. Always searching for a router, never finding. Seems like very low grade everything. But it still looks pretty, so I guess Ive got a paper weight.

> 3 dayI am not that handy with this stuff and learned the hard way that following the instructions really helps. The temptation for me is to look at things and think it is instinctive. Dont do that. Follow the directions and you will be successful the first time. it works really well.

> 3 dayThe 2 constants are nice, but if you didnt read, the timers affect all the outlets ( except the constants ).

16-12-2024We have two of these to turn on a remote PC at the office. They are great, but security stinks. There is absolutely no way to change the account password. Not only that, there is no way to contact the maker. No email, no snail mail, and no phone number. Dont start with this companys food chain unless you are absolutely certain that you will have no problems with either the hardware or the app.

> 3 dayIts an all-or-nothing kind of device. While two of the outlets are not remote controlled, the controllable outlets only work as one control unit. Have four things that youd like to monitor, (de)activate or schedule independently? Thats a shame because its all or nothing. Want to integrate with a home-control system? If youve bought into Alexa, youre fine. Want to use something else? Not so much. Given the price (this is anywhere from 15-200% the price of other devices) and and features (seriously, no per-outlet controls??) of competing products, this thing as a flaming piece of garbage. Really, youre better off buying a $3 power-strip from the bargain bin of your local big-box store and connecting it to the wall through one of the cheapie, single-outlet. Probably going to give this thing away to someone whos likely to be less dissatisfied by it.

> 3 dayFirst off let me say setup was easy. Second the app is nice easy design. Now the problems the app controlled sockets turn off randomly and it says bad WiFi signal even though it’s in the same room (probably 15-20 feet away from router which is an orbi so there should be no problem). Lastly I tried contacting company and have yet to receive a reply and that is the biggest reason for the low rating.

> 3 dayThis thing is a massive failure in my opinion. First, you only get 4 plugs that operate as a group. So all 4 shut off and on at the same time. Secondly, there is no way to reset the thing. If you happen to change WiFi, or even delete the device from your app, there is no coming back. I read somewhere that you have to completely take the device apart to reset it. Seriously? Now I have a device that I cannot access, which shuts off all plugs at 8pm. Wow. Junk. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on the TP-Link plug. Its amazing.
