The backpack looked great online, but when it arrived I noticed the bag was very baggy with little to no support. The back of the backpack, as well as the shoulder straps have zero cushion, and support. I ended up returning it because I could just imagine if I the backpack had been full, it would be putting a lot of pressure on my shoulders, and would be wiggling around on my back.

Traveled Europe for 3 weeks with this bag as a carry-on. It is a great bag I had no problems and it fits in airplane overhead compartments nicely.

I enjoyed taking this bag on vacation with me it was easy to carry and has a ton of room. I seemed to get alot of compliments on the style of the bag but overall comfortbility was top notch

I really liked the style, pockets, expandable bottom, etc. of this bag. However, we travel full time for work and this bag has gotten a lot of use. When the first buckle started coming undone constantly, I thought maybe it was just a fluke - but now both the plastic buckles on each side for the shoulder straps are so faulty I’ve had to tie double nots in the strap fabric to hold it meanwhile I search another bag. Very disappointing as overall we loved everything else about the bag - but I can’t see how it would be beneficial for someone hiking as the threshold of weight at which is started faulting was quite low.

Update: Seller was able to see my post and reached out to make the issue right. They worked diligently to provide a replacement clasp. The bag is now fixed and functional again. My son loves the bag, and is very happy to have it back in use. Original post: After two weeks of use, a plastic clasp on one of the straps is already broken. Could not locate contact information for seller in their Amazon store. Now submitting to Amazon for repair/refund. The plastic clasps are not constructed for consistent use.

Works great for carry on luggage. Lots of compartments and comfortable to wear on my back.

I gave this bag as a gift and I haven’t heard any complaints. It was packed well and it’s a good size for weekend getaways.

It’s a little on the high end for backpacks but it’s totally worth it. There’s loads of space and the construction is very sturdy. Would recommend to anyone traveling abroad.
