I love this luggage but I am very disappointed when i trying to open so the zipper was struck. Can I send this bag for replacement the new one for me?

I love this luggage but I think I received the defective TSA lock. As you see the photo, I cant use TSA LOCK. I dont know where to complain to get this fixed.

Very well made - Kiplings usual quality. The front zipper can be a bit difficult to pull due to its location.

I wanted it a carry on that was not hard case and this is perfect light weight and fit a lot

This luggage is light weight and has great mobility. Would work great especially if you are in a hurry to transfer flights.

I am a Kipling fan, first of all. I was afraid that after traveling with it it would get ripped or anything else would happen to it - but no!!! It was in perfect condition after a 6-hour plane trip. No scratches, rips, nothing.

I have only used it once and it is already broken!! Do not buy it!!!

Great space for everything you need to pack. Love the rotating wheels. Makes it real easy to travel! Highly recommend
