Bought for grandson his mother is a Nicu Nurse. She only gives her babies safe items.

I purchased this as a gift for my grand daughter. She will be born Sept 2018. I haven’t given it yet but I am well pleased with the product. We are actually using it as boho baby shower decor at which time we will give it to the new mommy!

Safe to chew on, safe for eye poking concerns, has a nice rattle effect, and Im thinking the rings will become more interesting with time as baby gets more spatially aware and interested in shapes.

This makes a great gift and wonderful play toy for babies. I like that my baby isnt playing with plastic. The rattle offers two chewing/knocking areas (end circles) and the rings offer sound interest as well as visual stimulation. Ive been very pleased by the quality of this product. I added coconut oil to the wood to shine and for taste purposes. Two thumbs up.

Makes no sense that this is called a rattle and is for teething, then have a 3 yrs and up recommendation. It also could hurt someone if hit by or thrown.
