> 3 dayI ordered a Healthy Climate Filter with mixed feelings because here in this area I paid what I considered an outrageous price last year. And then there was a rip in the lattice design when I got home and pulled it out of the plactic bag! So I worried if my very hard earned money would be wasted. Ordered it on a friday night and got home from work tuesday evening to find it here in my living room with no damage! Thank you you ever so much for your prompt customer service.

> 3 dayI have used these filters for a couple years now. They seem to do a good job and I will not hesitate to buy them again.

> 3 dayGot a really good price break on these filters. We live in Medford Oregon and we get a lot of smoke from the fires here and Northern Calif. Enough smoke that weve learned to change out the filters every 6 months. They work and you can see the proof in the filter.

> 3 dayI needed a new furnace filter for my Lennox furnace and couldn’t find any locally without paying an arm and a leg! The knock off brand at Home Depot got really bad reviews. So I ordered a two pack of these because this was what was in the furnace to begin with. I even upgraded to the most hypo allergenic one because I have terrible allergies. Now I dont know if it is just me or not but I can really tell a difference in the air quality in my house! Plus the added bonus was they came with free shipping and I got them the very next day!

> 3 dayReplacing my filter for the first time in the new furnace. First the good: It is a genuine Lennox filter which is great. Received the filter on time which Im happy about since it is not a Prime item. The box wasnt damaged and the filter was in perfect shape. I had seen reviews stating damaged filters so I was relieved. The possible not so good: The picture and description does not indicate that this was not original MERV 16 filter, so let me explain. There are two versions of this filter, the original and the newer which has a charcoal filter layer. I have heard reports of the charcoal version causing extra air flow restrictions and making the furnace throw error codes. I have yet to get the error, but than again Ive only had the filter in a couple days and the heat hasnt kicked on much. I am deducting 1 star because there was no mention of this being the newer version. In fact, the same seller has a seperate listing for the newer version. Also, it is of my opinion that this filter is overpriced. You can get a two pack of genuine Lennox MERV 10s for ~55. Yes I know the MERV 16 is supposed to be much better. If I can not get the non-charcoal filter next time around, I will go with the MERV 10s over the MERV 16s. Worth mentioning that as of this writing the price on these MERV 16s have gone up from everyone anywhere from $10-20 whereas the MERV 10s have stayed the same.

> 3 dayThese are excellent filters and the only ones available in this size with this very high MERV 16 rating. I wanted the best filtration I could achieve after discovering the installer of my brand new Trane HVAC system had fitted a totally inadequate filter holder with a 1-inch gap allowing dust from some remodeling we were having done to pass around it and get into our house.LESSON: Check whether the filter in your HVAC system is a tight fit or you may as well not bother to fit a filter at all and certainly not an expensive one. So I fitted a Honeywell 16x25x5 EnviraCaire Elite fiter housing which is supplied with a MERV 13 filter which is the highest available from Honeywell. The filters supplied with this housing do not fit particularly well and air can flow around them unless additional gasket material is applied, so I was curious to see how well these Lennox MERV 16 filters would fit in my Honeywell filter housing. The fit was no worse than the Honeywell ones but the air gap around the filter would have rendered it almost useless without additional gasket material. Fortunately it is very simple to make an airtight fit using 3M 1/2-inch x 3/8-inch self adhesive foam window sealing strip available from Home Depot etc. I applied the strip to all four sides and carefully inserted the filter in the housing being vigilant not to tear the foam strip. The foam strip compressed very nicely against the interior walls of the filter housing and voila, a perfectly sealed filter installation. The filter is doing a fantastic job. I had the system serviced by a highly recommended installer who said that I should not use these filters in addition to the filters on all of our HVAC return grills as it would stress the furnace. HOWEVER, with new filters on the inlets of all our returns PLUS this MERV 16 filter, our furnace is working perfectly well AND the MERV 16 filter has collected dust that would certainly now be in my house. I am very satisfied. Obviously these filters should be changed regularly, especially in a dusty environment with pets etc.
