The protector lacked the rigidity that some of its competitors have. However, the fit was pretty good, and it did save the leather from a crease, so I cant fault it too much. This may be a superior choice if you have a more concave backseat and you need the protector to be super flexible to contour to the shape. My backseat is flatter, so I personally prefer a protector with a more rigid backing on the bottom.

Ive often wondered why car seat covers are designed to cover the entire car seat. Do people spill all over the car seats regularly? How do people spill anything on the back of the seats? The answer is they dont. Pulling a seat cover over the entire seat is unnecessary. Most car seat covers interfere with the seat belt ports also. I have routinely found myself searching for the seat belt port hidden behind a car seat cover. These seat covers are sensibly designed to protect the seat against everyday occupancy that discolors the seat fabric over time. They dont require removing the headrest or cutting the fabric for fit. Im surprised these arent the de facto standard for seat covers. That said I am delighted with the sensibility of the design. I was able to lay the covers down over the seat and affix the top strap around the headrest without any difficulty, and moreover, the nicely crafted manufactured seat cover is still visible. Kudos to a smartly designed car seat cover that ought to have been standardized long ago. Update: The rung on the strap clip broke so I had to wrap the strap around the outer frame of the strap clip. The strap needs to be wrapped around the clip in such a way as to prevent stress on the strap rung.

I am a Bus Driver for the county and this seat cover is fantastic! It fits perfectly and I like having a barrier between me and other drivers.

The first time I removed this cover I discovered the hundreds of dots on the bottom (presumably for grip) had stained my leather seats in a polka dot pattern. These stains are impervious to the various leather cleaners I have tried so far. I wish zero stars was an option.

Used in my new car, which has beige leather interior and moved the seat about a week later to see that all the black nubby bits put a polka dot stain pattern on the seat that will not come out! Super annoyed and frustrated!
