> 3 dayEverything was great about this monitoring the amps that I was using for an AC unit. Of course the power went out, and this device can’t be reset. It just shows a red light. Don’t buy this garbage. If your out of your 30 day Amazon return window, you will be screwed. I own many other power plugs that look like this, and holding the power button for 5 seconds will reset the device. Not this one. Stay away.

> 3 dayAfter using for a while I couldn’t figure out why my internet was lagging. After doing a speed test two devices showed up that were severely slowing down other devices because of 802.11 interface. It’s older technology. Sorry they were good while they lasted . Looking for more 20A that are more updated

> 3 dayI use Alexa for everything! Almost all of my lights are pluged into smartplugs so I can voice control them. So many of my older smart plugs are so large they block the second outlet so it cant be used. This mini-plug doesnt! Wasnt too difficult to set up...just downloaded the smart life app and it walked me through connecting it to Alexa. LINKING it to alexa was tricky. Directions werent 100% correct on this. Linking it IN the alexa app did not work with multiple tries, although it looked like it would from reading the prompts. After attempting to link it through the alexa app I went onto the SmartLife app and was able to enable link it there. Hope that helps! I also just suggested this for a friend whose mom has mobility issues. She has difficulty reaching for her bedside light and isnt safe getting up from bed to turn it off to go to bed, and even more so, when getting up during the night!

> 3 dayIts a nice compact unit works well it has features on it that tracks energy usage if you wanted to be aware of that the range is good it can only handle 10 amps not 15 or 20 like they claim in the ad because if you put it on a heater or something that has a higher wattage juice than that it will kill it within a week
