Great little backpack for my 1year old. Fits like a glove. Nicely finished. My only concern was the amount of insulation in the front making the inside of the backpack smaller than I wanted. Dont think that much insulation is needed. Doubt it will keep food warm. So I did some customization and cut out all the pillow and foam insert and put it back together with a strip of insulating tape you cannot even see. Now we are in business - I can actually use it as a small diaper / lunch bag!

I know this review is late. Weve had this for over a year!! My son loves it. He still uses it. We get stopped in public by randoms who want to know where we got this from. Its a hit!! I wish it was a little larger, but, it does fit my 3 year old perfectly...and thats all that matters. We use this as a cooler as well as a normal backpack. I would highly recommend and would definitely buy again.

While i wont be monitoring this item as much as possible since it was a gift. The backpacked look great on the first day and the other day i saw it. I think you can fit a sandwich, a few toys and even a pair of diapers in there. Perhaps even a geo-locator in case your child runs wild somewhere. But then again, for that is why you get the little leash.

Adorably useful and conveniently safe. I bought two of the little backpacks for my Grandsons. One is 2 years old and the other is 17 months. These backpacks are perfect for both the adult and the toddler. The toddler gets to carry a cool backpack loaded with their snacks and drink. And the Adult gets the security of being attached to the other end of the line/leash. I dont particularly like to call it a leash but, it is what it is. The backpacks are insulated to keep snacks and drinks cool. Also easy to wipe clean. The white inner lining material of the backpacks, have embossed drink figures imprinted into the fabric. Nice added touch. The outer material of the backpacks have a feel of durability. They dont feel cheap or would give the impression of ripping easily. The seem to wipe off easy so far. Between juice drinks and crumbly snacks, they still look great. The straps on each backpack I bought were adjustable. I like that the boys can trade backpacks, when their Mommies want. Just readjust to fit. Easy peasy. The Leash part that attaches to the adult feels strong and durable. While out and about, I didnt feel as if my boys could tear away from me. These made me feel more relaxed. One less thing to worry about while in the public. Overall as a Grandparent, these are a Must-have for those who do not want to be seen as Putting a child on a dog leash. These are Super Cute backpacks. And they just so happen to have an attachment piece to an Adult. I wish they would have been available when my kids were little. I definitely could have used these. I am copying this review to the other backpack I purchased. Both were tested with my grandsons.

Seems to hold up well. We put a sippy cup, diapers and wipes in it and our 2 year old son will carry it around. When we go fishing he HAS to carry it like daddy carrying his tackle bag around. All in all great bad, services a great purpose and makes life easier as a parent.

Much higher quality than we were expecting!! The zipper pulls and clip for the leash are metal which will last a lot longer! My toddler wore this as his airplane carry on and it was awesome. The whole big pouch is insulated which we didnt really need so I couldnt say how well it worked, but this backpack is a huge hit and I would buy it again!

We bought the Green Dinosaur backpack 3 years ago for our son to use when traveling (Which we do often). It has held up to the rigors of toddlerhood. We decided to purchase the Purple Dino for our newest addition because we loved the quality of the first one so much. I can say the durability and quality has not changed since our first purchase. Hoping they have a matching suitcase for the purple dino soon so we can complete the kids luggage set!

I cant say enough great things about this backpack and the company. Used the backpack on vacation for our 15 month old and it worked great going through museums and aquariums. We have gotten so many complaints on it. The companys customer service is also great. Quick to respond, pleasant, and very helpful! The straps did have a lot of left over material so I just folded them up and sewed them together until my son gets bigger and I need to adjust the straps.
