There are no way these can be advertised as welping collars. The pups would have to be at least four months old in order to wear them.

Only had them on 2 weeks and the reflecting part is coming off.....

I gave these one star as the description doesnt even match the product on size. Description was 8 to 13 inches, these max at 11 inches and dont fit the babies.

I wanted to love these so much cause they where camo but they are really cheaply made. Dont get me wrong they are so cut and great for telling the pups apart in the litter BUT the clasps dont really work you cant push them in to release you have to physically pull them apart and where extreamly hard to loosen as well. I had to cut one off of a puppy cause I just could not get the clasp to release. Really was hoping for better.

Perfect for being able to tell puppies apart. I used them with Great Pyrenees/anatolian shepherd mix puppies and they fit perfectly even at 7 weeks old on the largest puppy. Very durable also.

Last Christmas I bought plush stuffed animals for my nieces and I decided Id put collars on the toys so the kids wouldnt get them mixed up. As it happens these are the perfect size and they came in an attractive variety of colors, so sprung for it. The buckles are very sturdy and Im pretty sure a child will not undo it by accident (although if you are worried about it being a choking hazard I am not qualified to judge on that). This is probably an unconventional perspective for a lot of people looking at this product since I imagine most are dog breeders. Still, if you are one of the people like me who are curious about giving some plush toys a little more personality these will do the trick just fine.
