I purchased this bag and the zipper broke after I was out of my return window. I reached out to the company and they shipped me a new bag. I love great customer service! This bag is perfect for the one that doesn’t want to drag multiple bags into work. It has so many pockets and is comfy to wear as a backpack.

My daughter insisted on having this backpack for school however as a mom I knew with the amount of books and things a middle school child needs these days it wouldnt work and I was correct, We are month into school and the zipper is already broken.. I dont blame the quality of the backpack at all it was just not designed for middle school kid use, It would be perfect for traveling or anything that you are not going to open and close a million times each day while its stuffed full to the max

I love this backpack! Diaper bags are super expensive so I bought this one in hopes it would work for me. It holds everything I need and then some! It has a waterproof inside so I don’t have to worry about a spill being hard to clean. Perfect pouches inside for diapers and wipes and plenty of pockets for everything else. I also-love the anti theft pocket- it fits my kindle. This backpack is super Durable and great for literally everything!!

*** update: the seller contacted ne to learn more about the problem and then sent a replacement! I really liked this backpack. It has a lot if storage and looks nice, but today the strap buckle thingy broke and cut my hand. Unfortunately the return window has passed. Now I cant tighten the straps

Bought this for a flight to Europe. Storage was fantastic. The only downside was the top zipper required two hands to open and close. When you are traveling, you need to access the inside for passport, etc., but you don’t usually have two free hands to do it. I would have to set it down somewhere to zip it open/closed. Other than that, it was wonderful and very well made.

I’ve had this bag about a year and a half. In that time it’s been on a LOT of adventures with me — including at least 10 trips by air. However, given its wear and tear I’m looking to upgrade to something a little more sturdy. One of my external pockets ripped open (likely bc I put too large of a water bottle in it…. But it let me…), the internal laptop pocket has really stretched out as has the suitcase strap on the back. That said, for what I paid — no regrets!

Ive had this backpack since the beginning of this year and it has served me well by carrying my heavy books and laptop all over my campus. My only complaint is that the straps began to detach itself from the bag and I did try to put fewer books in there to make sure it doesnt rip but not sure if that did much. While it is pretty durable and has held much weight I am concerned that it might just fall out soon. Does anyone know how to get a hold of customer service for this product?

I don’t think it’s waterproof but it’s ok! It’s a great backpack for school! Although whenever I store something in the front pocket inside, it falls out into the backpack and that’s annoying. Otherwise it’s pretty good storage. Good material too!

It’s very sturdy, has a lot of pockets a a lot of room on the inside. The only thing is not all of the pockets are stretchy so it’s harder to fit certain things.

I saw a friend with this bag and complimented her. I was surprised she said it was from Amazon. After taking a picture.. I looked it up and was shocked at the price. Very affordable and great quality. It looks expensive. I haven’t used the charger that’s internal but I do use the backpack everyday for work
