My first case was bowing at the corners where it contacts the screen. I sent pictures and they immediately sent me a new one. Have not had the issue with the new case.great product, great customer support.

Its a little pricey but its really good. Magnets are super strong to hold it place.

In a word, solid! I plan on traveling with my iPad and needed a strong case that would withstand being thrown in my bag.

This was the only protective case I could find that would also accommodate a screen protector for my 2nd generation iPad Pro 12.9. My iPad, on which I do all my professional artistic work, had developed a cracked screen, which was catching the Pencil in a most annoying way. This case and the screen protector I ordered separately solved that issue beautifully, and the case is slim but sturdy with many adjustable slots for setting the screen at different angles. It was a little more expensive than what I wanted to spend, but worth it. I got it for myself as a birthday present and am pretty excited. Good design!

I have it now for a few weeks. It seems very durable but i wish it would not collapse when my baby kicks it. I am having a hard time in setting it back up. The magnets are so strong that I need two hands. Also, my finger doesn’t fit in the gap, to easily pull it up. But most importantly, it protects the I-pad well. I also used it at the fridge a few time, which is very convenient for cooking and baking. The pencil holder is an added benefit I enjoy

Hubby liked this case. Said it’s doing it’s job however he wished it wasn’t rubber material around the area that covers the edges. Hope that makes sense. Said it could have been less stretchy so it’d snug the edges of the iPad more to keep it tighter in place.

I had a cheap one before, trashed it. Then, bought the Apples, and had two close calls dropping my iPad from the stupidly designed smart cover. Its so expensive, thought light, added no protection but trouble and worry for my iPad Pro. I bought this one and loved it, it resolved all of my complaints - I even showed my wife when I hung it our refrigerator without knowing the perfect way, it stayed there! I put it on a stationary bike, my worry was gone, as it stay there protected. The Apple Case was a joke, it should have never been produced for iPad Pro 12.9 model. On the other hand, its heavy, I took it as a plus. Here is why, when you are on the train to work, you need the heaviness to stabilize the bumpy ride. Our trains came from last century, so you need this new century heavy duty case to hold it straight. I love the choice of stable sets of angles. I could enjoyed this on train, on my lap, in bathroom, etc. I then also read about the founders story, and was quite inspired by his journey to success. For that kind of guy, from nothing to today, I could donate the money to him.
