While the case is okay if you are looking for protection this is not the case. As I said in the title Zugu’s Customer Service is beyond pathetic. Ask a question get a generic non-answer - respond - no answer. Do yourself a favor and purchase another case, any case but a Zugu.

The absolute best. Super practical and durable. I actually feel safe around my kids with this case lol. The pen holder is the whole reason I started looking for a case and this accomplished everything I needed and more. Also, unwrapping this product felt super premium. Makes you feel like you made the right choice right off the bat.

Sleep mode works great on this case. The corners are not as heavily padded or protected as other cases we have used, but it works well. The adjustable kickstand is easy to use, and the case seems durable. We like the soft cover that touches the iPad screen, it does not leave marks. We liked this case well enough that we bought a second one.

I have bought cases that was prettier, but I like this one more. It fits like a glove with the new iPad I purchased. And the magnets are wonderful. It sits up and stays where you put it. Case is extremely well made. I would purchase again and will recommend.

Very happy with this product. The magnetic aspect is absolutely refreshing. So many cheap products out there for a higher price
