Since I just received the case, I can’t comment on the long term durability, but I definitely like the case. There are ridges on the back of the closed case which give you a firm grip on the case when carrying it. These ridges are really the back side of the stand grooves, but they serve a double purpose.

Love this Zugu case. Is the second one I buy as I obtained a new iPad and the old one is still in great condition.

It works great and it protects my new iPad 4th generation. It’s not heavy at all and I love the fact when you close the lid it goes to sleep until you open up
