Does not work with windows 10 update

Forgot password I changed right before vacation.

I had been locked out of an old laptop, but had school work on it that I had to access. Matt was awesome! He was patient, detailed, and rescued me through gaining access to my documents. Great product, because it works!

It worked for me. At first I thought it didnt work. Then I got some help and I just needed to get into the reboot menu screen to load the ZAPPER USB. After that it was easy to use, and unlocked all my accounts for windows 8.

Im a watchmaker and I do tech repair. I have a space for both, watches and laptops etc. On occasions I work on a clients computer that they forgot their password. I go through the procedure to make sure its not stolen, and then I agree to work on it. And the tool does the job. Saved me time. I used to remove the chipset on the motherboard, resolder it on a USB port, run the chipset on my computer, find the password, etc... this saves a lot of time.
