Greater than one weekAfter multiple times trying to prime and then paint, with ample time in between and stripping everything off and lightly sanding and drying, tiny holes in the wood bubbled paint. Poorly constructed product, especially for an advertised hardwood.

The perfect size for a toddler or preschooler hand. Big enough not to be a choking hazard. I do not intend to paint them, just use them as they are. I am very happy with my purchase and the value for what I paid.
