Received this 5/20/19 and used it for the first time on a plane to Kenya 6/20/19. It was not overpacked and the zipper tore within 24 hours. Liked the amount of pockets, but overall would not buy it again. Can’t imagine someone carrying books in it. Very disappointed in it. Would not have given it one star but required it to submit review

I like this bag a lot. It is roomy and I have lots of places to hide things. The only drawback is that it is a little on the heavy side.

I use this every single day and it is PERFECT! The straps have gel padding in them or what feels like that. Easy to carry and I pack this thing FULL. Multiple pockets- big and small to store everything you could need. I have gotten caught in the rain with this and it has been fine and held up. The laptop section has a LOT of cushion as well. I am so glad I bought this!! I honestly would have paid more for this after I saw the quality and durability. No issues at all and I beat this thing up. Also came with a lock, which is nice as well. Super sturdy!!

A couple of months ago I bought this for my daughter who is 12 years old in middle school. I was concerned that based on other reviews the quality would not be as good but that turned out not to be the case at least with mine. The zippers are very strong and the stitching around the bag is excellent. My daughter due to Covid has all of her books in the bag all day and it’s been holding up very nice which also includes a 17 inch Dell Laptop. She’s gotten compliments on the bag especially this nice deep purple looking color.

Love this pack. I have to go through security to get into work everyday and this makes it a breeze to get my laptop in and out without having to hold up the whole line. Very comfortable to wear as well. I also love all the pockets and compartments; theres plenty of room for my tablet, cell phones, and laptop to be easily accessible and all tucked away. Definitely recommend.

I love it. It fits perfect. I packed a laptop, two outfits, shoes, toiletry items, journal, wallet, charges and some water. It wasnt extra heavy at all.

Im a first semester nursing student, and I love this backpack.

Could not be more pleased. Holds everything, is comfortable, and it holds up beautifully.

And the straps seem to dig into my shoulder area more then Id like. But its the first large back pack Ive ever used. Hopefully I will adjust to it in time.

Love the space. I have to carry around 2 laptops, 1 tablet, a phone and chargers for all. This bag is so roomy! Top quality safe and secure.
