AC Infinity Controller 2, Fan Thermostat and Speed Controller, Controls AIRPLATE, MULTIFAN, USB Fans and Devices, for AV Cabinet Cooling

This thing is everything I had hoped it would be. My PC case is underneath my desk. The case has a bunch of fans, but the heat still congregates underneath the desk. I grabbed this controller, along with a pair of S5s, which now blow air under my desk so that cooler air is circulated. The probe accurately measures the temp, the controller turns on the fan as needed, and even adjusts fan speed It does everything I had hoped it would. I am very very happy with it. Now Im thinking about making my desk and air-cooled desk and putting fans in to the side of the desk.

Product turns on the AC fans at the temperature I set to save my electronics from overheating. Product has been working great for several months.

Great little controller for my A/V equipment. Keeps things cool as desired. Wish there was a little bigger spread in the temp settings when in smart mode. Speeds change on 2 degree intervals, which is a little narrow, since it had only three speeds. Would I buy it again - absolutely!

in my home theater set up. Works perfect. Fans are a tiny bit louder than I was hoping for, but they are very effective and that was more important for this application.

This was the perfect piece of equipment for my custom built desk. The AC Infiinity website has recommended configurations for optimum cooling located on their website. I paired this up with 2 AC Infinity Airplate S1s. One to intake cool air at the bottom and the second to expel warm air from the top. Then I added an AC Infinity multifan S5 (dual set) to sit in the inside of the cabinet for more circulation. I also used round vents for additional air circulation. Placing the heat probe in the right area is very important, and making sure that there is enough room for the usb cables to extend from the back of the thermostat in your enclosure is essential in placement. Dont cut into your desk until you know that there will be enough clearance. My package was short the wood screws, but I contacted AC infinity and they sent the missing screws no questions asked. The unit has been keeping my computer cabinet below 70 degrees and the fans are super quiet. Ill definitely recommend this unit to others.

I ordered this to assist cool an enclosed cabinet holding with my Denon receiver. The temperature was running well above 100 degrees. I then purchased two table desk usb fans because I am not going to cut holes in my $2000 Avion cabinet. I place said fans pointed at receiver left and right. The controller can reduce the speed of the desk fans, they were too loud at full speed. The temperature in my cabinet has been reduced to 75 degrees. Just to be sure it wasn’t a farce I compared the temperature readings with the precision of a $200 Milwaukee Laser Temp Gun and the numbers matched within one degree.
