> 24 hourSo I spent 1500 on this. 2 days into owning it. I havent gotten 2 use it yet due to a death in the family so when I set up windows. I installed cod just to pull it up to see the picture quality, and I noticed a red line down the screen and a Grey line going across the bottom. Havent touched it since dealing with the death. So today I woke it from a sleep and typed in pin and when it went into windows. The screen started flashing Grey like a no signal..

> 24 hourFrequent Blue Screen Of Death. When I first purchased it, would happen perhaps once a week. After owning it 1 year, it now happens twice a day. BSOD doesnt appear to be related to high computer usage as it is just as likely to happen when idle or watching a YouTube video as it is while playing a game. Never had this problem with any other computer I have owned.

> 24 hourSuch a nice little rig. We dont really need the high refresh rate panel, but the MODERN Ryzen 7 and brand-new RTX 4050 are greatly appreciated. With laptops we prefer to not replace them often since they only do menial work, and this is replacing an old Lenovo with a 4th gen i7. It has been hard finding a reasonably priced 17 inch laptop with worthwhile specs and so far this is handling the job great. I have heard negative things about the Nitro line, but so far I have nothing negative to report. Havent tested it for gaming since it wont be used for that, but I may give it a try eventually in Cyberpunk to see how well the 4050 handle the frame-generation tech.

> 24 hourIt ran games like New World at max settings just fine. Problem is three months in and the GPU started having a critical hardware failure rendering it useless and causing the system to default to the processors Radeon GPU. Specific failure was listed as error 43 in the Windows device manager. Even after fully removing and reinstalling drivers and the operating system the failure still exists which is a sure sign of a physical issue. Thankfully I was within 90 days off purchase and Amazon allowed a return saving me from a $1600 loss. Ive had an Acer Predator helios 300 that had worked for over 5 years no issue so Im not sure if this is a one off occurrence, but buyer beware.

> 24 hourBeautiful, large laptop. Was so excited. Charged it up, powered it on and within the first ten minutes or less, it restarted without prompting. Thankfully I wasnt working on anything that needed saving. I attempted to download Steam and run a game. Within another ten minutes it restarted again from it obviously powering off without any prompting. Cant use a gaming laptop if you cant even work on Microsoft Word or a video game without worrying its going to shut down immediately. In the three hours I owned it, it powered down six more times. I packed it back up and called Amazon, which was another nightmare. They wanted to give me the run around about UPS pickup rather than shipping from store. I have a full time job and live alone. There is no one to be there to meet at a time that I couldnt even schedule. Id be at the mercy of UPS on when they wanted to arrive. I had it packed up and ready to ship. Finally after a very frustrating few phone calls between Amazon and UPS they sent me the shipping label as they should have done all along . Now Im sitting here fearful that theyre going to try to pull some other stunt on Amazons end not to refund me almost $1200 of my hard earned dollars for this junk that doesnt even work. Buy your technology from another source than Amazon, folks. This has been and continues to be a nightmare.

> 24 hourFirst of all, this laptop is built for power, not for portability. To that end, this is definitely on the heavier side, partially because of the size of the screen and the components. This laptop prioritizes cooling of the components over streamlining. The screen does not flip over, and the power port is on the back.

> 24 hourVery nice for gaming and has an RTX graphics card, good for 3D software applications like Blender or Maya.

> 24 hourPlugged in the adapter and pressed the power button. Nothing. Total DOA. This is not one of those things. Its a total lack of quality control. Before you put it in the box. Push the button and turn it on. I worked in IT for ten years and after hundreds of units ordered I never had a DOA Apple or Dell.
