Greater than one weekPlugged in the adapter and pressed the power button. Nothing. Total DOA. This is not one of those things. Its a total lack of quality control. Before you put it in the box. Push the button and turn it on. I worked in IT for ten years and after hundreds of units ordered I never had a DOA Apple or Dell.

Greater than one weekThis Acer laptop is awesome. I own several Acer gaming laptops and this product adds to my arsenal. It has a wide screen with awesome colors. The solid state hard drive is massive and has plenty of punch for multitasking purposes. The laptop is highly responsive and fast and doesn’t even blink an eye when loading or putting it through heavy usage. Set up was simple enough and as usual lots of updates were required to be downloaded (which is normal) during any setup of a new device. I did not encounter any hiccups just smooth installation! The laptop doesn’t run hot even during heavy usage. The product is heavier than my other Acer laptops but this baby has a much larger screen to view. The keyboard is laid out properly and is very responsive and it has decent speakers to boot. I have played some games on it without any tearing or slowdown. . Boot up time is pretty fast and so far I’m very happy to recommend this product. This product is a great choice for those looking for a nice gaming product. Buy one and be happy!

> 3 daySo I spent 1500 on this. 2 days into owning it. I havent gotten 2 use it yet due to a death in the family so when I set up windows. I installed cod just to pull it up to see the picture quality, and I noticed a red line down the screen and a Grey line going across the bottom. Havent touched it since dealing with the death. So today I woke it from a sleep and typed in pin and when it went into windows. The screen started flashing Grey like a no signal..

> 3 dayMy son is into minecraft and a few other desktop games and this fit the bill. While its no $2500+ desktop gaming rig, it is perfect for our needs. It is a lot bigger than I thought based on the photos. It is solid too. I set him up on his desk with an extra monitor and hes as happy as can be. Should bring plenty of years of joy.

> 3 dayIt has some nice specs. Unfortunately, I got a lemon and it would try to turn off every time I timed. (But worked fine with an external keyboard.) if you are looking for a laptop that game, do heavy computations, this is for you. But if you want a laptop for traveling look elsewhere.

> 3 dayIve had this laptop for a little over a month now, and it runs really well. Fans are a little loud and I could see scenarios where it could get a little hot if it cant ventilate effectively. It handles virtually everything Ive thrown at it from office work, college stuff, to high end games on max settings.

> 3 dayIts my first gaming laptop and is awesome. The screen quality is perfect, 144hz are amazing. Ryzen 7 5800H is so fast, rtx 3060 is perfect for all games in 1080p. Temps are ok. RGB keyboard is nice, sound is loud and clear. I love this laptop.

> 3 dayEasy to set up, except for the horrible windows 11 which forces you into certain decisions. Performance is phenomenal. Heat is jetted out the sides for the most part but would not recommend laying the computer on your lab but on a metal/wood laptop cooling pad. This is a very heavy laptop.
