> 24 hourThe description for this laptop is incorrect. In the list of available ports it is state that there is one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (DisplayPort) which would mean that the USB-C port supports video out through an adapter or hub, but that is not the case. The USB-C on this laptop is only a standard USB 3.2 Gen 2 port that DOES NOT support the displayport alt function.

> 24 hourWorks good bought this for my son but still lags on gaming but not just in online gaming but offline games too i realize lagging online is latency due to wifi signal & usage but thats not the case as i mentioned told my son to test but he never mentioned anything till now so Im having issues with expensive returns after return window closes & my trust with Amazon is decreasing my husband will have to contact support if anything is wrong cuz they have given me a headache recently.

> 24 hourTypical junk. First one arrives DOA, no matter how hard the cable is pushed in. Second one gets lost in transit. Third is the third Acer laptop I bought from Amazon that invariably fails to function sooner if not later. Maybe I should consider Lenovo.

> 24 hourLast year we got a very nice gaming desktop, mostly for my kids to play Minecraft and also MIcrosoft Flight Simulator. Since we do travel a lot during the summer, I wanted a portable PC that we could take as an alternative to phones and tablets. For myself, I maintain some simulation software where a high performance CPU/GPU can speed things up greatly. To have a portable powerhouse machine for this task would be handy.

> 24 hourScreen quality is good speed is good gaming is great however it does get hot and heats up and if you have to unplug it at a meeting the battery dies in 2 hours so the battery sucks

> 24 hourThe laptop would not charge when it arrived. This was not an issue with inserting the cable incorrectly as others have mentioned, but a battery issue. The laptop ran fine at first when connected to AC power, but would not actually charge the battery and would die when unplugged even after leaving to charge for hours before startup. The computer would think it was charging and the LED charging indicator would be lit, but it was not. I tried all of the typical software fixes like removing and re-installing the batter drivers, but it was a hardware issue. I was able to boot up from AC connection, but after trying to install the first round of software updates the laptop would not turn back on as it required 25% battery reserve to complete the update and turn back on, which obviously was not possible. Not acceptable for a brand new laptop.
