Greater than one weekI bought two of these monitors in the last 3 weeks because the first one I was sent had a stuck red pixel in the bottom right corner of the screen. Very noticeable on any black background. So I returned that one and bought a new one because I wasnt allowed to exchange it. The second monitor I got, the box was so beaten up by shipping I was surprised it wasnt more damaged. The screen also had stuck green pixels dead center in the screen. Absolutely terrible quality control as I was even hesitant to buy the first monitor due to all the previous reviews of dead or stuck pixels.

> 3 dayMonitor is barely 5 months old and it is flickering a lot when playing games. Switched inputs to my pc and its also flickering. I moved my ps5 to a different TV and everything is fine.

> 3 dayGreat monitor for gaming. One thing to be careful of if using with a PS5. The new VRR setting can cause flickering in games and even on the PlayStation’s menus. Be sure to set this setting to off and you’ll be fine. The IPS design of the monitor is what causes the issues

> 3 dayGot this after trying out a cheap 144hz VA 1440p monitor with awful ghosting. The biggest plus on this monitor is definitely the IPS screen. Virtually no ghosting or artifacts, and bright with more saturated colors. The change from 144hz to 240hz isnt as big as 60hz to 144hz, but your eyes can still tell. I got my unit refurbished (probably a return), but had no defects and no cosmetic issues (that I can see).

> 3 dayI bought this on Acer website and have been severely disappointed with what Ive gotten. First of the quality of build isnt there. Nice to have all the connectors but plugins are in weird places, and the frame is made out of cheap plastic that looks like they were cutting corners. Initial setup was not intuitive at all. Graphics were horrible and colors looked washed down. Customer service said thats just the way it is. Eventually figured out how to get the settings right and Ill give it - when it works it looks pretty good. However, every now and then when I try to turn on my computer doesnt register this as a 4k monitor. Ive tried a lot of different methods but the only thing that works is unplugging, factory resetting then replugging the monitor. At this price point its simply unacceptable that they didnt work out the bugs with this thing, and offer the terrible customer service/warranty that they do. I would advise you steer clear of this monitor, and look at the Gigabyte M28 or wait off until theres better 4k monitors on the market, because I feel like I got scammed with this.

> 3 dayJust clear things up I faced no issues with the monitor. I got it to 270z. Its colours are bright, accurate. Nothing is washed out and the text is clear. HOWEVER. IF you use a lower end graphics card, you may not be able to get to 270hz. Also, the text may not look clear for some reason. Why that is, I have no idea. Im using an rtx 2080ti and everything is accurate and clear. 270hz is absolutely sublime and once you get to 270hz youll never want to go back.
