Greater than one weekWere having problems with the equipment. My son called the manufacturer and they keep giving him instructions in order to fix the computer software problems, but it didnt work. They just told him to call the customer service line for latin people. This a gaming computer and the computer keep having problems. I want a new equipment because I paid $1,336.89 for this merchandise.

> 3 dayGreat for gaming - maybe not running on ultra settings for some titles, but on high its more than enough. But heat management could be improved... after maybe an hr f gaming, I could feel that the upper-middle to upper middle/right portion of the keyboard gets pretty warm.. you can still touch and keep your fingers on, but the other gaming laptop I had that I returned for other reasons was not as warm..

> 3 dayI use this mostly for MMO gaming and its capable of running everything I want to play at max settings (FWIW, I play FFXIV). It does get pretty hot during intense gaming sessions, but I use a lapdesk with built-in fans and it keeps it cool enough to actually play on my lap. Not much to say about it but IMO, no news is good news when it comes to computer equipment. It does exactly what I expected and havent had any surprises, so Im quite pleased.

The battery on this thing is an absolute nightmare with the life span of a mayfly, so plan on leaving it plugged in most the time. Ive even had it randomly stop charging when the cord gets bumped or slightly moved which is a first. That said, the laptop itself delivers. Its a sturdy gaming laptop with clear picture, a good engine and can handle high demand games (which is heck of a thing to be able to say about a gaming laptop). The casing design is a bit silly but Im convinced that sucker could withstand being dropped from passing plane its so tough. For the price, this is a great buy.
