> 3 dayThis was a very exciting purchase and the fastest loading laptop Ive ever owned, until the Windows 11 upgrade. It would turn on and load almost without delay and the same with any game I ran on it from any of many online services and downloaded games. Once it upgraded itself to Windows 11, it crashed constantly trying to play any game, either online or downloaded games. After I tried a restore, I started getting the never ending reboot cycle and no matter what option I chose, when it would actually let me choose an option, it didnt help. My bad for not creating a restore on a USB drive as soon as I received it but its not a priority when youre setting your device up and have an NVMe drive , or so I thought. When I called the Predator Premium Service line that is supposedly 24/7 support, I got a voice mail box that was full. When I tried to call and order, and pay for, restore media, I got the same thing. I finally got through to a support agent who told me I would need to call their sales department to get the media, which I did and got the same message, you have reached a voice mail box that is full. Seemed like a great purchase until I unfortunately needed support which seems almost impossible to get from Acer, on a premium product that is supposed to have its own dedicated support group, which it does not.

> 3 dayVery good laptop for gaming and general use. My only complaint would be the speaker volume is a little on the underwhelming side. Very solid otherwise.

> 3 dayScreen has a lot of bleed at the corners. After about 6 months many of my games began to over heat the cpu after an hour and a hslf of play. I cannot even play Alpha Protocol on high game setting. GPU seems cool and the air coming out is cool, but whete vpu is at there is no air flow. Otherwise its an alright computer..

> 3 dayHonestly, so far so good. I bought this computer to play games from steam since my other one did not have the specs. to run allot of games that I wanted to try and play. The bad thing is, Ive only had this laptop for a month and something is wrong with the A/C adapter. Every time I load up a game from steam the battery light and the power light start flashing and the computer disconnects from the adapter and it stops charging while both lights stay flashing while I have a game loaded up to play. Ive disconnected the adapter multiple times and plugged it back in and it tries to start recharging the computer but then the lights just start flashing again and makes beeping noises. So, Im guessing that maybe the A/C adapter is faulty in a way since Ive never dropped it or anything.

> 3 dayMake sure you get the one with the 3060 or higher graphics card. I have the 3060 card in mine and it runs just about every game I want it to on the highest settings with minimal to no lag or skipping.

> 3 dayI havent bought a new computer in years. I wanted something that I could use for business but if u felt like playing a game I could keep up with the latest games out there. This was a great platform to choose. Now I did personally upgrade the ram to 32 from 16 and I installed 2 more drives as well.
