For the price, it is not bad considering the SPECs.

Im on my third laptop and each time the wifi card disappears after 2-3 months. This time Im outside the return period so Im unable to exchange with Amazon and will have to deal directly with Acer. Dont buy this.

Great product, high performance machine, everything that I wanted when I purchased this. However, after working fine for a couple weeks (maybe a hiccup occasionally), the network adapter completely stopped working. No WiFi settings were even available in the settings. Upon looking in the Device Manager, the computer did not even recognize a WiFi adapter at all. It appears to be a manufacturing defect, so I will be shipping the computer back to be fixed. I will admit that this process hasnt been too bad, since this ordeal is occurred less than 90 days after the product was bought, I dont believe that I am paying any costs.

Got this at the October prime day and its been great.

I purchased this laptop about a year ago, and have used it nearly every day since. While it looks unimpressive and dull, this thing is extremally powerful for its size and outward appearance.

I specifically wanted Windows 10, one of the reasons I ordered.Nice PS except it was advertised as Win 10. When I initiated startup Windows 11 was installed.

I bought this bad boy directly from Acer refurbished, so thats why this review isnt verified as purchased. I just want to clear up a misconception people seem to be having here.

I have only used this laptop for 4 weeks and the trashy WiFi card already fails on a regular basis. It has been an issue off and on since I got the laptop. Sometimes I have to reset Windows, sometimes I have to manually reset it by going to hardware devices, disabling it and re-enabling it. Sometimes none of these solutions work so I have to hard reset the laptop by holding down the power button for 30s (shutdown through the Windows tab doesnt cut it).

I got this for work since Im constantly having to move around. This works great. The only thing that I should have gotten was one with a touch screen. But I dont really need that. I havent tried to game on it so I dont know what games it will play. But it is fast when moving between programs and having multiple windows open.
