AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core, 12-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler

Al principio me llego uno danado y pedi un reemplazo y ya todo bien.

Its been a decade since I built my last computer. Frankly PCs havent gotten that much faster but AMD has made some huge strides in the last few years. I decided this was the year to rebuild.

Very fast and snappy, wouldnt recommend using the stock cooler though.

This is the best bang for your buck you can get in terms of a CPU. I had an i7 7700K in my last build and this blows that out of the water. I can run pretty much any game at max settings with this and it has no problems. Just using the stock cooler right now and it gets a little hot of course but nothing to worry about really unless youre doing some super CPU intensive tasks, then I would recommend buying an after-market cooler. But the CPU itself is awesome, and for just around $180 (at least when I bought it), its an excellent purchase.

Purchased a Ryzen 5 5600x for my sons computer. Long story short, computer was assembled but was sidelined before it was operational. Now several months later its up and running and the kid is having issues with gaming (B550 MB, 2x8GB RAM, 3060ti, and the 5600x). After some tinkering my sons say the computer CPU is saying 3100. ??? Had him download CPU-z and sure enough... 3100? Go into bios... 3100. So I go find the box (Ryzen 5 5600x) and the amazon order (Ryzen 5 5600x)? Order says sold by Amazon.com Services LLC... returned item possibly that someone scammed them/me on?

Excelente procesador, actualize mi viejo pc que tenia un FX 8370 con una R9 270x, me daba en juegos como gtav, arma3, wow, calidades medias a bajas a 60fps, con este nuevo ryzen puedo sacarle el 100% a mi tarjeta y los mismos juegos ahora me van en ultra a 60fps fluido sin tirones, en definitiva fue una buena inversión teniendo en cuenta que mi gráfica ya es vieja.

The best value for money until the next generation of AMD chips comes out. Intel has its hands full trying to compete.
