AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

Purchased 2 for myself and my fiances new PCs. Both running very well. Hers is using the included Wraith Prism cooler which seems fine and she loves the RGB. Default fan curve is horrendous, but once adjusted runs a little warm but reasonably quiet. Mine has a Noctua D15 and runs very cool and inaudible.

Dont buy this CPU like I did when the Ryzen 5 5600X is the same price. I got tricked by more cores and a colourful CPU cooler (should never use stock coolers). But now Im stuck with an older less powerful CPU because I didnt do enough research! Dont make the mistake I did!

The AMD Ryzen 7 3700X is a brilliant piece of hardware. With a TDP of just 65W, this chip is capable of delivering raw performance that would take other processors much more power to equal. The reasonable price tag is just a bonus.

Ordered and day of opening, there isnt a CPU to be found, just the fan

This CPU is a great work horse. Its powering a my Manjaro Linux build and Windows Passthrough VM and it handles everything with easy. Temps are very nice with the stock Wraith Cooler, nice job AMD!

Le processeur fonctionne sans problème, pareil pour le ventirad. En loccurrence, si un jour je veut revendre le processeur en bon état, je ne pourrai pas le revendre en bon état a cause de la boîte. Je lai acheté neuf, donc pourquoi je le reçois comme ça ? Jai u de la chance comparer a dautre personne qui reçu un processeur avec des pin tordu ou manquante, ou carrément il ny a pas de processeur. Amazon va falloir vous bouger pour revoir certain vendeur. Des ban se perdent..
