Good cable that is used for light applications. The listing is spot on, according to the dimensions of everything. Unfortunately it’s really a little small than I had expected...but, still did the job. I would buy again!

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing these. when they arrived, the quality was apparent. connections are very sturdy. very pleased with the result

I see alot off reviews saying the wire doesn’t fit into the holes on the adjustable locking screws to create loops at the end of the wire. Unscrew it first so the hole is open before sliding the wire through, it’s easy and works just fine. With that said, I hung lights and used the mechanism to tighten the tension on the wire as it’s intended. The wire slipped through the locking screws, stripped the coating on the wire and fell to the ground breaking bulbs, twice! Sure I made it pretty tight, but that’s what the kit is for. Tomorrow I will put 2 of those locking screw things on each end, to make sure this doesn’t happen again!! It’s a good kit, but if you really want it tight, you need to reinforce the locks that create the loop ends so they don’t slip. I would buy and use this again, but double up the locks if you plan to have tight tension. Extra crimps or double the screw locks. I will now go through the trouble tomorrow so they don’t fall down again, and hold sturdy for the long run.

As others have stated, the wire is too large to lace through the locking device. I ended up purchasing different clamps at Home Depot and zip-typing my string lights to them, works like a charm. I wish I would have saved myself the $38 and done this originally.

We hung lights from our house to the neighbors house across the street. This hanging kit worked like a charm to hang and secure the lights.

Easy to install and with some great accessories. I installed two sets of string lights and used the wire to support these light - works very well in my rear garden.

It made the lights look great. No sagging and kept them out of peoples way.
