> 3 dayBefore installing Arctic MX-4 on both my PC and PS4 Slim, I had used Arctic Silver 5. The AS5 lasted about 5 months on my PC before overheating, and only a week on my PlayStation. The fan sounded like a jet engine immediately during game play though PS4 Slims are known to be quiet. I suspect the AS5 is counterfeit because of the packaging, let alone the watery texture. The factory thermal compound worked better, so somethings going on there.
