> 3 dayI had to replace a fan in my laptop which required the removal of processor. I like to apply new thermal paste and this works and spreads evenly with just a few drops and a small amount of pressure .

Greater than one weekRecently replaced liquid CPU cooler because pump died on original unit. At install I used the stock compound that came with the new unit. CPU was running 30°F warmer than previous cooler so I thought this cooler was inferior. Removed and reinstalled with MX-4 and it performed as well as previous cooler. VERY clear difference in performance. I would have been sceptical of claims there was this much difference if I hadnt seen it myself. This stuff not only works, it works better!

> 3 dayThis is good paste. Honestly they give you way more than you need but the plastic took that comes with it makes it far easier to get a nice even spread. Used on several builds already and the paste holds up great. All in all it is worth the money.

Greater than one weekI used the thermal compound to repair an Asus motherboard with an Intel CPU whose CPU fan was improperly removed. After cleaning off the CPU and fan with 99% isopropyl alcohol, I applied the Artic MX-4 thermal compound to the CPU and reset with the original CPU fan. I was astonished to see more than a 60 degrees Fahrenheit difference. (See before and after pictures). Highly recommended.
